I am passionate about working with individuals and couples to help them process areas where they're hurting and/or stuck to help in moving them toward freedom and empowerment over their life. I believe that the therapeutic relationship between the client and the counselor is a powerful one where forward momentum and growth can take place. My approach is client centered, in that it is most important that the client is learning and gaining the insights in order to promote long-term learning and the ability to make gains independent of the counselor.

Counseling is more than just a career choice to me; it’s a calling. I have found lasting fulfillment in life as my relationship with Christ deepens. This is an added area of benefit to my clients in that I have had some spiritual training, as well as have done spiritually focused therapeutic work on myself. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Counseling in 2018 and I have nearly 20 years of experience working with people in a therapeutic manner.
